Current Necklace

So much of what inspires me comes from the ocean in some way. Whether it's the shells on the beach, the sands curves with the wind, the way a wave breaks, all the life beneath those waves... I could go on to describe more. Two weekends ago we went to the beach and I boogie boarded to exhaustion. There was a rip tide at the time and we got pushed down the beach, fast. It was a long walk back down to the beach to get where we started. That diagonal current is what inspired this dog tag necklace. I wanted to combine the commitment of getting into the ocean, no matter the current, and playing anyway.
